Johns Hopkins University

PR System Design

Hopkins' Provost's Fellows, accomplished academics and researchers, spend a year building public-facing and media skills. In 2026, the university brought Tracy in to take that training further. Working one-on-one, she helped fellows sharpen their messages, develop their signature talks, and create custom PR systems they could run themselves.

"I had the amazing opportunity to work with Tracy, who transformed my outlook, presence, and messaging far more than what I learned during the year."

— Dr. Emily Boss, Surgeon and Scientist, Johns Hopkins University

American Library Association

Messaging & Organizational Training

The nation's libraries came under attack when the White House proposed eliminating federal library funding. The ALA needed to protect its reputation and rally public support fast. We advised the association on messaging and reputational safety during the most intense scrutiny in its recent history.

“Tracy presented a social media crisis communications training seminar for staff members at ALA. Her content was topical, enlightening, and useful. Her presentation style is engaging, friendly, and sincere. Tracy is an expert on social media, and she demonstrates that in her explanation of philosophy, strategy, approach, and tactics. ALA staff were enthusiastic about her presentation.”

— Jeff Julian, Director, Public Awareness Office, ALA

i.c.stars

PR System Design

This Chicago nonprofit prepares underserved adults for technology careers. As the original founder prepared to leave after 25 years, we developed their PR strategy and system to earn media coverage during a time of rapid change and growth.

"We've gained visibility in all of our regional markets and on the national stage while also building the internal skills to tell our story with confidence. It's the best of both worlds: strategic support when we need it, and long-term capacity that keeps delivering."

— Elizabeth Ferruelo, Chief Development Officer, i.c.stars

Rotary International

PR Strategy & Organizational Training

With 1.2 million members across more than 200 countries and regions, Rotary needed a social media strategy that could work across languages and cultures. We designed the organization's international social media strategy and built a training program to match, giving communicators around the world a shared playbook they could adapt locally and run themselves.

“Tracy is incredibly well-versed in all things social media. She can quickly comprehend and digest complex organizational strategies and goals, and turn around highly valuable, customized training sessions. Tracy's engaging and inspiring presentation style was a big hit in our organization, appealing to all skill levels. The series of social media sessions that she delivered measurably boosted our efforts to train and engage staff on our new, participatory social media strategy.”

— Andy Sternberg, Head of Social Media

Ian Beacraft

PR Strategy & Speech Development

Ian is a leading futurist with big ideas and a growing stage career. Tracy helped him refine his ideas into a talk that travels. His 2023 SXSW keynote went viral, drove a wave of media coverage, attracted numerous paid speaking engagements, and led to representation by UTA by the year's end.

"Not only did Tracy help me crystallize my ideas and make them applicable to all audiences, which helped my SXSW talk go viral. On top of that, she helped me leverage my SXSW speech to attract a ton of media coverage that was a game-changer for the growth of our business."

— Ian Beacraft, Founder and Chief Futurist, Signal & Cipher

CardMill

Messaging & PR System Design

Founder Jonathan Domanus had an invention but no audience. We turned his idea into a story people believed in and built the PR strategy for his crowdfunding launch. The result: a record-breaking $2.5 million Kickstarter, fully funded in 24 minutes and ranked in the top 0.01% of all campaigns.

"Tracy helped me turn my idea into a story people believed in. Her strategy gave me the tools to build momentum, and it directly fueled our record-breaking $2.5M Kickstarter launch."

— Jonathan Domanus, Founder, CardMill

Globowl

Messaging & PR System Design

Founder Erica Bethe Levin set out to change how American babies eat, with chef-crafted, globally inspired meals that introduce allergens, textures, and adventurous flavors during the critical first years. A crowded baby-food market meant her story had to work harder than her shelf placement. We sharpened Globowl's founder story and built the PR strategy that helped Erica attract her own coverage in Good Housekeeping, The Bump, NBC, and Motherly, as well as win an “Editor’s Picks” award from Progressive Grocer.

"Tracy armed me with the tools I needed to do it the right way, on my own, and it's been more effective than anything else we've ever tried. She goes above and beyond to support her clients, celebrates every win, and even makes sure we all have fun along the way.”

—Erica Bethe Levin, Founder and CEO, Globowl
